Room Reservations:

Reservations can be made over the phone (+36 70 787 7074), via email (info@torospanzio.hu), or in person at 4467 Szabolcs, Petőfi út 36.

Check-in/Check-out:

Our reception operates during daytime hours only, so accommodations can be accessed between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM on the day of arrival. Guests must vacate the rooms by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. If you plan to check-in or check-out outside these times, please notify us in advance!

Prepare your ID card and passport for check-in.

Rooms are only to be occupied by the number of guests agreed upon at reception upon arrival! Should there be any change in the number of guests during your stay, please notify the reception immediately!

Please report any malfunctions observed upon arrival in the rooms to our staff!

Room Keys:

Guests will receive a room key upon arrival. Please return the key to the reception on the day of departure. A fee of 20,000 HUF per room will be charged for lost keys.

Parking:

Parking is available in front of and beside the Guesthouse (4467 Szabolcs, Petőfi út 36.). Please always keep the gate entrance clear!

Securing the garden and building:

When exiting at night, please lock the gate and the entrance doors to the building/rooms! Take great care of the keys!

Smoking:

Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. We kindly ask our smoking guests to collect cigarette butts and dispose of them in the trash bins. Smoking inside the building is prohibited!

Use of Furnishings:

Please use the furnishings as intended! Furniture and equipment from the rooms or common kitchen must not be removed from the guesthouse! Do not place metal-containing utensils in the microwave!

Furnishings and equipment must not be moved out of the rooms, and in case of renting multiple rooms, please do not transfer items from one room to another! Guests are financially responsible for any damages resulting from improper use of the guesthouse’s furnishings and equipment. In case of damage, please inform the reception immediately!

Any damage caused on the premises or to the furnishings must be compensated for by the perpetrator or their legal representative.

Accidents:

Please inform the accommodation manager immediately of any accidents or other extraordinary incidents. A first aid kit is available at the designated location. For more information, please inquire at the reception. In case of serious problems, call the emergency number 112 or the nearest medical service at 1830!

Waste Disposal:

Household waste can be collected in the trash bins found in your room, as well as in the dining area and at the reception. If it becomes full, please notify the reception.

Environmental Awareness:

Please use the air conditioning with closed doors and windows at all times, and only when you are present in the room.

Receiving Visitors:

Only guests who are registered at reception may stay in the rooms of the guesthouse. Visitors are only permitted with prior arrangement and with the consent of the guesthouse. The registered guest is responsible for their visitor's behavior, including any damages caused.

Dining:

Breakfast is served between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM. A minimum dress code of street clothing is required.

Pets:

The guesthouse does not accommodate pets.

Other:

To ensure the peace of our guests and neighbors, loud noise is prohibited in the guesthouse between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Occasionally, events or weddings are held at the neighboring Tőrös Csárda, which is accessible from the same courtyard. We ask for your understanding.

Guests are financially responsible for any damages resulting from improper use of the guesthouse or violations of the house rules.

Objects left in the guesthouse will be stored for one month. Food items, food-like substances, medications, and underwear will be disposed of by the guesthouse.

The guesthouse does not assume responsibility for guests' personal property! You may request the use of a safe at the reception, where your valuables will be securely stored in a sealed envelope signed by the guest and stamped by the guesthouse after completing the necessary documentation.

Please note that the operator cannot accept responsibility or provide compensation for damages arising from events beyond your control (e.g., natural disasters, fire, power outages, etc.).
